Why our customers choose BP Sports

We have experience and expertise … The hobby was a lot different when Bob Pressley began  promoting sports card and memorabilia shows in the late 1980s.  Bob’s shows were trendsetting and featured appearances by the likes of Mickey Mantle, Muhammad Ali, Ted Williams, Joe DiMaggio and Hank Aaron, Ken Griffey Jr, Greg Maddux, Chipper Jones, just to name a few. Bob has operated a retail store since then

We have a vast inventory …  Our selection of authentic autographed memorabilia -- balls, photos, jerseys and framed pieces -- is virtually unmatched. And if we don’t have it, we have the network to find the items you want and can fill virtually any want list.

A native of Trumbull, Conn., Bob graduated from Georgia Tech and then enjoyed a successful career with Toyota which took him to Florida and then to Atlanta in 1982. He began promoting sports memorabilia and autograph shows in 1986 and has operated a full-time retail store since 1990.

His memorabilia shows in the early 1990s were trendsetters in the memorabilia industry, as he held numerous shows that included most of the living baseball Hall of Famers of the time. Other key autograph guests of the time included Hank Aaron, Ted Williams, Jo DiMaggio, Willie Mays, Joe Namath, Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier.  During the Braves’ rise to prominence in the 1990s, Bob held autograph sessions with most of the key players, including Hall of Famers Chipper Jones, Greg Maddux, Tom Glavine and John Smoltz.
